Helping small business shipping make a splash.
Traditional Freight Forwarding is built for big Enterprise businesses shipping millions of tonnes of goods round the world. But they don’t cater well for small businesses shipping more modest cargo... meaning SMBs really struggle.
The It’s in Your Hands campaign was created to launch Ship4wd’s digital shipping platform... solely aimed at giving Small businesses the power, control and human support to ship their goods themselves.
It has changed the game.
The campaign ran in three stages. Teaser, launch and then driving more online signups over time.

After 12 months, the campaign had driven over 1500 monthly signups, and $6,000,000 revenue in their first year... 3x quicker that elite IPO startups would expect, and Ship4wd was recognised at the Annual Global Brand Awards as the Best Freight Forwarder for small and mid-sized Businesses.
Teasing
On paid and organic social, social posts targetting small businesses in the US were created to whet appetites in the days running up to the launch.


Launching
On social and display the campaign came alive. Static and animated posts introduced Digital Freight Forwarding to SMBs, along with the key gamechanging benefits that Ship4wd brought to it.










Extending
As a new business, the campaign was performing well, and the website needed to perform better to convert leads. The campaign art direction became the branding for the wider website, which dialled up on the informal, super-helpful tone.







Time-critical and reactive advertising helped to show the brand was fully on top of what businesses were going through.
