Teaching a US payroll giant to dance. And box. And climb.

ADP are huge. They're synonymous with payroll in the US, but really not well known in Europe.

 

In an effort to remedy that, and based on the insight that only 13% of employees feel engaged in their jobs, the People Unboxed campaign was created.

 

It was designed to raise brand awareness, and promote their major offering of unifying HR and payroll which had a powerful benefit... that with ADP technology you can show your staff that you know them as people in even the simplest of interactions... such as a payslip.

 
With ADP, you don't just pay your staff, you know your people and all they have to offer.

3 creative variations, Dancer, Boxer and Climber, ran across press, digital display and digital OOH in six languages.
